Erika Rasmussen was born and grown in Denver, Colorado, and her growth now continues at Santa Clara University, where she's finishing her degrees in English and Sociology. She's always known that writing was the thing for her, and while figuring out just what that means, is making lots of friends and fried eggs along the way. She is moving into her second year as Poetry Editor of Santa Clara Review and is taking her best whack at the world of journalism.
