Dr. Cynthia Belmont is Professor of English at Northland College, an environmental liberal arts school on the South Shore of Lake Superior, in Ashland, WI, where she teaches creative writing, literature, and feminist and queer theory. Her writing has appeared in diverse publications, including Poetry, Natural Bridge, Oyez Review, Terrain.org, and The Cream City Review.
